On June 10th I leave Philadelphia to begin a 35 day hike from St Jean Pied de Port, France to Santiago de Compostela, Spain. My mom and I will be walking nearly 500+ miles. We will be carrying EVERYTHING on our backs. We won't know exactly where we'll stay each night. I hope to be blogging as often as I have wifi access. Follow my blog to see our progress.

Heading out!
In the car, on our way to the airport. Arrive in Madrid tomorrow morning. 5 hour bus ride to Pamplona, taxi to airport, 1.5 hour shuttle over the border to St Jean Pied de Port. Hope to start walking Sunday morning.
